It’s still the Green & White Show with Joseph Haas (@JerseyHaas) & Amiri Tulloch (@AmiriTulloch) and we’re still bringing you that football Sunday feel every Saturday afternoon!!  It was once believed King George III wrote a famous phrase about the most important day in American history.  “Nothing of importance happened today” would not be the way to describe March 21, 2014 in New York Jets history.  On Friday, the Jets parted way with former-starter Mark Sanchez, and signed QB Mike Vick to a reported one-year, $5M contract.  We take a look at the pro and cons of both moves.

In What Jets Said, we hear from Mike Vick himself, and how he plans to approach 2014 in green and white (sound from his interview with Eric Allen).  We discuss the impact of the Vick signing on incumbent QB Geno Smith, who started all 16 games for the Jets last season.  We also get fan reaction from Miguel Aquino (@Q4rmbrklyn), who gives his take on the new-look Jets.

In Rumors, Roster & the Rest, we wonder out loud if DeSean Jackson could join his former teammate in Florham Park.  We also tackle proposed changes being discussed by the NFL Competition Committee.  Check out my idea for the extra point HERE ( http://voices.yahoo.com/haasstyle-interpretations-nfl-changes-2014-12560246.html.)

In the Great Debate, we are joined by Connie Nicholas Carberg of ConnieScouts.com (@ConnieScouts) as we say farewell to Mark Sanchez, and hello to Mike Vick.  Good move or bad move by the Jets?  She brings her perspective and years of experience to the discussion, as we bring you another edition of the Green And White Show with Joseph Haas and Amiri Tulloch!
